Hallgrimskirkja is a striking Lutheran church located in Reykjavik, Iceland. Designed by architect Guðjón Samúelsson, its construction began in 1945 and was completed in 1986. The church’s towering spire and unique expressionist architecture is reminiscent of Iceland's basalt landscapes. Standing at 74.5 meters, it is one of the tallest structures in Iceland, offering panoramic views of Reykjavik from its observation deck.
