The Fountain of the Four Rivers is an exquisite Baroque masterpiece located in Rome's Piazza Navona. Designed by Gian Lorenzo Bernini, the fountain features four river gods, each representing a different continent: the Nile, the Ganges, the Danube, and the Rio de la Plata. A massive obelisk rises at the center, accentuating the dynamic movement of the sculpted figures. Surrounding buildings display classical Roman architecture, adding to the historic ambiance of the square.
